Terms of Service

Welcome to Tbill. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tbill regarding your use of our platform and services. By using our services, you expressly agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Description of Service

By accessing or using the Tbill platform (including the POS system, dashboard, staff apps, and QR digital menus), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Tbill provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform offering technical solutions to support the daily operations of restaurants and cafes. We reserve the right to modify services or discontinue certain features at any time for development purposes.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access the platform, you must register and provide accurate, complete, and updated information about your business. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. License and User Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use Tbill solely for your internal business management. It is strictly prohibited to: (a) attempt to hack or disrupt the system, (b) scrape data or use automated bots, (c) reverse-engineer the platform, or (d) use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

4. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Platform fees are based on the subscription plan you select during registration. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. In case of late payments, Tbill reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account. All paid fees are non-refundable for any partial subscription periods remaining.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Tbill retains all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, designs, logos, and written text. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in our software. All your data (menus, customer info, sales data) remains fully owned by you, and you grant us a license to use it solely for operating the service and providing technical support.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to ensure 99.9% service stability, we do not guarantee that the service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these terms and conditions or fail to pay outstanding fees. You also have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
